Medium Tomatoey One! Curry Recipe Suggestion
Gently fry a couple of brown onions in butter on a medium heat. Grate in some garlic and ginger. Stir. Add this sachet, a kilo of trimmed stewing lamb or beef, stir and try for about 5 minutes, then add in a tin of chopped tomatoes, 750ml stock and a squeeze of tomato puree. Bring up to a boil, turn down the heat to a gentle bubble and allow to cook and reduce for a couple of hours until the meat is tender, the sauce is rich, red and unctuous. Sprinkle on some coriander, take to table and serve with either rice, pasta, potatoes, couscous or wedges of crusty bread!
